Ordering
Most orders that are received by 9 AM CST Monday through Friday (except holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders received after 9 AM CST are shipped the following business day.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS and UPS
Order Tracking
You will receive tracking information once a shipping label is processed for your order. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information availability. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail may not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the backordered item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
